Finnish technology company Solita has acquired Copenhagen-based AI and data consultancy Heyra, continuing its growth in Denmark and strengthening its position in the Nordic AI market. Founded in 2021, Heyra merged earlier this year with Pyne and currently employs 50 AI and data specialists. The founders and entire staff will remain with the company as it joins the Solita group. Heyra will continue operating independently in Copenhagen. Following the acquisition, Solita's Danish operations, including Solita A/S, Intellishore, and Heyra, now employ over 300 people. Solita, headquartered in Finland, employs more than 2,200 specialists across Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Poland, Switzerland, Germany, and the UK.
