Spark Capital led the round, with participation from Nonfiction Capital, Silicon Gardens, and angel investors from ZipRecruiter and Indeed. The company, led by Hamed Nilforoshan and Ali Mir, provides an AI-powered job search platform that uses proprietary scraping technology to index millions of positions directly from company career pages. The platform allows users to upload a CV, after which AI instantly parses their experience and skills to recommend matched positions. The system filters out ghost listings, ensuring candidates only review legitimate, actively hiring roles. HiringCafe is also launching its AI Talent Agent feature, enabling users to create AI agents to search across millions of jobs on their behalf.
