(Looking for an unusual-shaped person to join a founding team!) For the past year or so I've been working (fractionally) on Hutora, an AI platform/product/_____ incubated out of Learnerbly. We've been largely under the radar up to this point, but things are going well and we are now hiring a few roles to support the tiny founding team. Hutora is on a mission to help organisations think about, manage, develop, and deploy their workforce in the AI age. It brings together so many things I've been excited by and challenged by in my career and I find it fascinating. There is one role in particular that we are struggling with and I'm asking for help from my network finding unusual-shaped people to help fill a hole in the team. We have called it a "product lead" in the job description (in comments below) but really it is a mix of: - Sales strategy and support (working with the CEO/founder Rajeeb Dey MBE) with lots of client-facing work and account management - Ops/go-to-market/commercials and deal-making strategy and execution - Some super early stage AI product work with the rest of the (product/tech-heavy) team - Program/project management superpowers to keep us on track - Anything else we need; extreme comfort in ambiguity required!
