Hyperscale Systems provides an AI-powered command center for trucking and logistics that unifies and automates fleet operations. The platform integrates with a carrier’s existing software stack (TMS, telematics, maintenance) and uses a central AI agent named Vic to handle tasks such as dispatch, check calls, capacity planning, driver recruiting, safety and compliance reviews, maintenance, and accounting. It pre-loads industry-specific skills like BOL processing, detention tracking, and hours-of-service monitoring, and it learns from user corrections to tailor its workflows to each client’s procedures. The goal is to help carriers scale their operations without increasing administrative headcount by consolidating workflows into a single interface and automating repetitive tasks.
