iCIMS has launched the general availability of its High Volume Hiring solution, designed to help organisations fill large numbers of roles more efficiently. The platform combines AI-powered application experiences, streamlined workflows, and embedded analytics to improve hiring velocity and reduce candidate drop-off for high-volume, seasonal, and frontline positions. According to iCIMS Insights data, frontline job openings increased 9% year-over-year in May 2026, whilst application volume declined 18%. The solution addresses this growing gap between demand and supply by providing real-time visibility into hiring performance metrics, including application volume, conversion rates, and time-in-stage data. The company's Summer 2026 release also includes new career site content management tools, enhanced candidate search capabilities, and a Turnkey integration with Fragomen WorkRight for I-9 and E-Verify compliance. Organisations using high-volume hiring solutions can reduce time-to-fill by up to 75%.
ICIMS, an enterprise hiring platform, has appointed Brad Korch as chief financial officer. Korch will oversee the company's global finance organisation, including accounting, financial planning, treasury and analytics. Korch joins following the recent appointment of Marc Thompson as chief executive officer. The pair previously worked together at EverCommerce, where Korch served as senior vice president of finance and head of investor relations. He has also held senior finance roles at Zayo Group and earlier positions at Credit Suisse, Prudential Equity Group and Accenture. The leadership appointments come as ICIMS continues developing its AI-driven platform for corporate and frontline hiring. The company serves thousands of organisations across 200 countries, including a quarter of the Fortune 500.
ICIMS has launched ICIMS Frontline AI, a purpose-built hiring solution for frontline talent recruitment, as part of its Spring 2026 product release. The AI-powered platform offers 24/7 conversational candidate experiences across SMS, WhatsApp and web, alongside automated screening and scheduling for hiring managers. According to ICIMS' State of Frontline Hiring Report, 91% of frontline hiring managers report urgent staffing needs, yet over half of candidates abandon applications before completion. Early adopters of ICIMS Frontline AI have seen up to 75% reduction in time to fill and up to 10 times more hires per recruiter. The release also includes enhanced automation features, recruitment marketing ROI tracking and improved interview scheduling across ICIMS' enterprise talent acquisition platform, which serves over 4,400 companies globally.
ICIMS, an enterprise talent acquisition platform, has unveiled a new brand identity reflecting its leadership in AI-powered recruiting. The company introduced ICIMS Coalesce AI, the new name for its enterprise AI capabilities, which combines automation and intelligence with human oversight, governance and transparency. The rebrand includes a modernised visual identity featuring vibrant purple and the tagline "powering exceptional hiring". ICIMS Coalesce AI provides intelligent automation across the entire hiring process, with core AI features included for new customers. According to a forthcoming ICIMS report with Aptitude Research, nearly 70% of organisations use AI for talent acquisition, with almost 50% using or piloting agentic AI. More than 4,400 companies across 200 countries, including a quarter of the Fortune 500, use ICIMS' platform.
iCIMS has acquired Apli, an AI-driven recruitment automation company, to enhance its enterprise AI talent-acquisition platform. Apli specializes in multichannel candidate engagement and assessments through mobile-friendly interfaces like text and WhatsApp. This acquisition aims to help organizations accelerate time-to-hire and improve candidate quality, addressing the challenge of filling frontline positions, which make up about 80% of the global workforce.
