What believers are saying

  • It accelerates enterprise application onboarding and reduces multi-year implementation friction.

  • Jason Bonds can expand sales partnerships across identity security buyers.

What critics are saying

  • Consultant-led delivery caps margins and limits scale versus software vendors.
  • Large IAM platforms can imitate the single-workflow accelerator quickly.
  • A failed regulated deployment would damage references and slow enterprise sales.

What makes IDMWORKS unique

  • Identity Matrix consolidates four IAM projects into one engagement.
  • It is platform-neutral across SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft Entra, and Ping.

IDMWORKS names Jason Bonds as chief revenue officer to drive identity security growth

IDMWORKS, a cybersecurity consulting firm, has appointed Jason Bonds as Chief Revenue Officer to lead sales, marketing, business development and strategic partnerships. Bonds brings over 20 years of experience in identity, cybersecurity and fintech sectors, including 11 years at Ping Identity and recent CRO roles at Verosint, AppViewX and Chainalysis. The appointment comes as identity security becomes increasingly critical, with IBM's 2026 X-Force Threat Intelligence Index identifying identity as the top attack vector in enterprise environments. Bonds will oversee IDMWORKS' go-to-market strategy and client expansion whilst working with professional services teams on managed identity and AI-readiness offerings. Founded in 2004, IDMWORKS provides identity and access management solutions to businesses navigating the shift from legacy IAM platforms to security-first, AI-ready identity programmes.
