Financial terms were not disclosed. I2X, founded in 1990 and headquartered in Littleton, Colorado, employs nearly 280 staff. The company will operate under OSC Global, CIRI's wholly owned IT and cybersecurity subsidiary formed in 2024. The acquisition expands CIRI's diverse business portfolio, which currently exceeds $1 billion in assets. CIRI, created under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act in 1972, has nearly 10,000 shareholders. CEO Swami Iyer said the purchase strengthens the company's portfolio and positions it for long-term growth.
