Impact Guard manufactures large-format fiber-reinforced thermoplastic panels and sheets, including IMPACT GUARD and IMPACT BOARD, made from continuous fiberglass-reinforced polypropylene copolymer. The panels use unidirectional fiberglass layups oriented at 90 degrees to tailor stiffness and strength, with formats up to 108 inches wide and the ability to be drilled or cut with standard tools. They combine high strength-to-weight, impact resistance, moisture and corrosion resistance, and thermal stability for uses in trailer walls, flooring, agricultural equipment, hurricane shutters, and ballistic panels.
