Improving partners with Anthropic to help enterprises adopt responsible, human-centered AI. Improving has announced a strategic partnership with Anthropic, an artificial intelligence research and development company focused on building reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. Through this partnership, Improving will work with Anthropic to help organizations responsibly integrate large language models into enterprise software, digital platforms, and internal workflows - ensuring AI solutions are secure, transparent, and grounded in real business context. As organizations explore generative AI, many face challenges around trust, governance, and practical application. Improving's collaboration with Anthropic is focused on helping teams move beyond experimentation to production-ready AI systems that complement human judgment, strengthen software quality, and deliver measurable value. "AI is most effective when it's implemented with intention and discipline," said Curtis Hite, CEO of Improving. "By partnering with Anthropic, we're combining advanced AI capabilities with Improving's strength in software engineering and enterprise delivery so our clients can adopt AI responsibly and confidently." This partnership aligns with Improving's Trust Evolution model, which emphasizes that successful AI adoption requires not just advanced models, but growing trust through governance, oversight, and organizational readiness. Anthropic's focus on safe, interpretable, and steerable AI supports this approach, enabling organizations to move thoughtfully from supervised tools to more advanced AI-assisted workflows. By combining Anthropic's technology with Improving's trust-led framework, organizations can adopt generative AI incrementally, with appropriate transparency, governance, and human accountability at each stage. "Anthropic brings a thoughtful, principled approach to building AI," said Devlin Liles, Chief AI Officer & Chief Consulting Officer at Improving. "Together, we're helping organizations move from experimentation to real adoption through applying generative AI in ways that are practical, responsible, and supportive of the people doing the work." This partnership builds on Improving's continued investment in helping organizations navigate emerging technologies responsibly. Through training, architecture guidance, and hands-on delivery, Improving supports clients adopting AI while maintaining excellence in software development, cloud engineering, data platforms, and enterprise modernization. DALLAS, July 1, 2026 - Improving, a modern digital services organization, today announced the appointment of Ashok Iyengar as Executive Vice President of Global Services. Improving expands into Costa Rica with its second LATAM acquisition. TEXAS, UNITED STATES - Improving has acquired Oceans Code Experts, a Costa Rica-based nearshore technology services firm, establishing its first presence in the country and adding a second development hub to its expanding Latin America footprint. According to a press release, the transaction marks the company's second LATAM acquisition following MangoChango in Guatemala, disclosed no financial terms. Improving, a modern digital services firm specializing in AI, data, and application development, operates 21 offices across the Americas and India. Improving adds nearshore depth with Costa Rica deal. Oceans Code Experts becomes Improving's Costa Rica nearshore hub, extending delivery capacity for application development, data, AI services, and digital transformation. Keylor Arroyo Villegas leads the acquired team as President of Improving Costa Rica, maintaining local leadership continuity for the delivery center. Acquiring an established nearshore team in Costa Rica gives Improving a functioning LATAM delivery hub without the lead time of an organic build. "Costa Rica enhances our nearshore capabilities in a meaningful way. This team's expertise and commitment to high-quality delivery complement our focus on practical solutions, creative execution, and building teams that deliver real business impact," said Curtis Hite, CEO of Improving. Costa Rica's tech pipeline drives improving's nearshore bet. Costa Rica's nearshore appeal rests on its STEM education pipeline, high English proficiency, and close alignment with United States business hours. The deal gives Improving a paired LATAM presence alongside MangoChango in Guatemala - two nearshore development centers serving U.S. enterprise clients from Central America. Two LATAM delivery centers in separate countries reduce concentration risk while giving Improving redundant nearshore capacity as it scales across the Americas. "We've always believed that exceptional talent, when connected to the right challenges, can create outsized impact," said Keylor Arroyo Villegas, President of Improving Costa Rica. Nearshore technology services in Latin America have attracted growing investment from U.S. IT firms seeking time-zone-compatible development teams at a cost point below fully onshore delivery. Costa Rica has attracted global technology companies including Intel and Amazon, whose operations in the country have cultivated a STEM-educated workforce with high English proficiency and U.S. delivery experience. For Improving, two nearshore acquisitions in quick succession signal an accelerating LATAM strategy - using inorganic growth to build multi-country coverage as U.S. enterprise clients increasingly seek regional delivery alternatives. The Costa Rica hub joins Improving's 21-office Americas and India network, giving the company two LATAM delivery centers to support growing enterprise demand for nearshore software and AI services.
