Alpha Modus Holdings has partnered with InComm Payments to enable Alpha Cash customers to make cash deposits at over 90,000 retail locations across the US. The agreement allows customers to add funds instantly by presenting an in-app generated barcode and cash at participating locations using InComm's VanillaDirect technology. The partnership eliminates the need for physical kiosks or bank branches, providing a mobile-first cash deposit solution for underserved consumers. Alpha Cash customers can access the service at retail locations where they already shop. The agreement advances Alpha Modus's strategy of building an integrated financial services platform. Alpha Cash's partner ecosystem already includes embedded banking, remittance, bill pay, check cashing and prepaid mobile services. InComm Payments operates a network spanning more than 40 countries with over 525,000 retail and online distribution points.

InComm Payments has acquired digital gift card provider Mafin from J ESCOM HOLDINGS. Mafin will be excluded from J ESCOM's consolidation by March 2025. J ESCOM, which acquired Mafin in June 2022, has been developing its gift business in Japan. The share transfer to InComm Japan will allow J ESCOM to explore new investment opportunities to enhance corporate value. The focus remains on optimizing customer experience and complying with industry regulations.
