IIndicium AI provides end-to-end data and AI consultancy for mid-size and large enterprises, helping organizations organize data, design data strategies, build data platforms, and enable AI adoption. They work by applying the Modern Data Stack (AWS, Databricks, Google Cloud, Snowflake) to deliver data solutions, and they use IndiMesh, a proprietary AI-enabled framework with pre-built templates and governance processes, plus AI Data Squads that combine human experts with AI agents for complex migrations. They differentiate themselves through scalable, service-based delivery using a repeatable framework rather than a single product, focused on standardizing and accelerating large-scale data and AI programs, and by expanding their operations in the United States. Their goal is to help enterprises improve data-driven decision-making and scale AI adoption across industries and geographies.

Lantern Partners recruits Chief Revenue Officer for Indicium.AI. Lantern Partners, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Greg Hodges as Chief Revenue Officer, USA for Indicium.AI. Hodges brings more than two decades of sales leadership experience in technology consulting and enterprise sales. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Business Development at evolv Consulting, a PE-backed data and AI transformation firm. While at evolv, Hodges developed an AI-powered go-to-market infrastructure using Anthropic's Claude platform, creating a more structured and repeatable way for sellers to research clients, develop tailored points of view, and connect the firm's capabilities to specific business needs. He also played a direct role in establishing evolv's partnership with Anthropic. His combination of commercial leadership, analytical orientation, and practical application of AI is particularly distinctive among sales executives. Indicium AI was formed through the merger of Indicium and Mesh AI, two businesses with complementary offerings. Indicium helped enterprises modernize their data platforms and build the foundation needed to support AI at scale, while Mesh AI focused on developing applied AI solutions tied to real business needs and measurable outcomes. Columbia Capital, which had invested in both companies, brought them together to create a more complete data and AI services platform. Today, Indicium AI helps enterprises strengthen their data infrastructure and turn AI into practical solutions that drive business value. As the newly combined company looked to accelerate its growth in North America, it retained Lantern Partners to recruit its Chief Revenue Officer. As the combined entity re-entered the market with comprehensive data and AI capabilities, they needed a commercial leader who could build a more scalable go-to-market organization, accelerate new client acquisition, expand strategic accounts, and deepen partner-led growth with Anthropic and Databricks. The role required a hands-on sales executive with experience selling complex data, AI, and technology services to large enterprises, as well as the ability to bring greater rigor to pipeline development, forecasting, account management, and sales execution.
Jacob Parsons appointed global CEO of Indicium AI. Indicium AI has announced the appointment of Jacob Parsons as Global Chief Executive Officer. Jacob will lead delivery of the company's global strategy, with a particular focus on building the business in the United States, the single biggest growth opportunity for the company as enterprises across every industry race to put frontier AI into production. Jacob is not new to Indicium AI's story. He joined Mesh-AI as Chief Revenue Officer in April 2024, drove a period of strong growth, and became CEO later that year. When Mesh-AI and Indicium came together in January 2026 to form Indicium AI, Jacob continued to lead the European team. He now takes over the full organization, following a run of significant enterprise wins and a rapidly expanding global team. 30 years in enterprise technology leadership Jacob brings 30 years of experience in senior technology leadership, spanning management consulting, global systems integration, and hyperscale cloud. He began his career helping organizations navigate major technology change, then built and led sales teams across Financial Services & Insurance, Energy, Manufacturing, and Consumer Goods at Avanade and Accenture. At AWS, he joined during the early growth of cloud computing and went on to lead a multi-billion-dollar enterprise business across finance, media, retail, and energy. Jacob has seen a transformational technology wave up close before, and knows what it takes for large organizations to move from ambition to adoption. It's a perspective that maps directly onto Indicium AI's mission of unlocking value from data and AI for enterprises with clarity, speed, and capability. Delivering the global strategy - starting with the USA As CEO, Jacob's immediate priority is accelerating Indicium AI's growth in the United States. With a strengthened US leadership team in place and a proven go-to-market strategy, the business is positioned to bring its enterprise delivery model to the world's largest AI market. At the heart of that model are our people. Indicium AI's engineers work embedded with customers, deploying real systems into production and delivering measurable outcomes. We build on top of two of the most important platforms in enterprise AI: Databricks and Anthropic, whose data and AI capabilities we combine with our own delivery expertise to take clients from raw data to production AI applications. As an Anthropic Preferred Partner and Databricks LATAM Partner of the Year, we help enterprises including London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) and EDF Energy deploy frontier AI into production at scale. On his appointment, Jacob said: "Enterprise AI is transforming every industry. Organizations everywhere are asking how they can turn AI into real business value, and I believe very few companies are better positioned to lead this moment than Indicium AI. We have strong partners in Anthropic and Databricks to do it with, along with 600 AI experts who make up the best team I've ever worked with." Investor Perspective Jason Booma, Partner at Columbia Capital, which backs Indicium AI, commented: "Since leading the European business through last year's merger, Jacob has shown he can spot where the market is heading and build the team to get there first. The landmark enterprise wins and rapid growth we've seen speak for themselves. That combination of foresight and execution is exactly what this next chapter demands, as we push into the US and the next stage of our global growth. I'm confident he's the right leader to take Indicium AI through it." Indicium AI today Indicium AI is trusted by the world's leading enterprises to deliver AI into production at scale.
