Ingenovis Health heads to Becker's Healthcare Annual Meeting 2026. March 26, 2026 Conference season is officially underway, and Ingenovis Health is looking forward to connecting with healthcare leaders at one of the industry's most anticipated events of the year: the Becker's Healthcare Annual Meeting, taking place April 13-16, 2026 in Chicago. Ingenovis Health team members and represenatives from across our brands will be on site throughout the week engaging with hospital and health system executives to discuss the realities of today's workforce environment and the strategies shaping the future of care delivery. From workforce transformation and staffing optimization to building operational resilience, these conversations are more important than ever as healthcare leaders navigate a rapidly evolving landscape. Connecting on today's workforce challenges. Healthcare organizations are operating in a new normal - one defined by persistently high patient acuity, sustained census without traditional seasonal relief and growing clinician burnout. At Becker's, Ingenovis Health will be connecting with peers to explore how flexible, data-driven workforce models can help health systems move from reactive staffing approaches toward proactive, sustainable resiliency. These themes have recently been explored in a Becker's Healthcare-partnered podcast featuring leaders from Bon Secours Mercy Health and Ingenovis Health, where they discussed how smarter workforce strategies can deliver both operational stability and improved clinician experiences. These insights will carry directly into our conversations on the ground in Chicago. Featured session: real-world workforce insights. We're especially excited to share that Ingenovis Health will be hosting a featured educational session during the conference, bringing practical, real-world perspectives to the Becker's agenda. Reimagining Workforce Optimization: The Power of Partnership | Tuesday, April 14, 2026 | 10:30 AM - 11:10 AM | Grand I (East Tower - Ballroom Level) This session will feature Vincent Dindia, MPH, of Bon Secours Mercy Health, alongside Kathy Kohnke, MBA, MHA, of Ingenovis Health. Together, they'll share actionable insights on staffing optimization, contingent workforce strategy and how health systems are adapting to today's most pressing workforce challenges. Hospital and health system leaders attending the session can expect practical takeaways grounded in real operational experience including what's working, what needs to change and what it truly takes to stay ahead in today's healthcare environment. Be sure to add this session to your Becker's agenda - we look forward to seeing you there. More chances to connect this spring. Becker's is just one stop on a busy spring conference schedule for Ingenovis Health. This April and May, our team will also be participating in: * Becker's Healthcare Annual Meeting: April 13-16 * IDN Summit & Reverse Expo: April 20-22 * The Advisory Board: May 5-6 * Ohio Hospital Association Annual Membership Meeting: May 19-21 Each event represents an opportunity to learn from peers, share perspectives and collaborate on solutions to today's workforce challenges.
