Ingenovis Health, a healthcare talent solutions provider, has completed a financing transaction led by private equity sponsors Cornell Capital and Trilantic North America, alongside existing lenders. The deal includes new equity capital to support long-term growth whilst substantially reducing total debt obligations. The Cincinnati-based company, which provides healthcare staffing through brands including Trustaff, Fastaff and HealthCare Support, will use the capital to accelerate investment in its capabilities and services.
