Expression names Youngs CTO, promotes Brady, adds Spadafore as CSO.

Expression names Youngs CTO, promotes Brady, adds Spadafore as CSO. Expression has announced three leadership appointments as it scales its AI and data platform offerings across the federal mission space. Ben Youngs was promoted from vice president of product to chief technology officer. He will set the technical direction for Expression's product portfolio, including the VOR Platform for data, workflow and agentic AI; the ARGUS multi-agent intelligence system; and the MachineGhost defense cybersecurity platform. Youngs joined Expression in February 2025 as senior director of customer solutions and was promoted to vice president of product later that year. He brings nearly two decades of technical leadership across national security and federal markets. Before Expression, Youngs led solutions engineering for the public sector at Scale AI. He spent six years at In-Q-Tel and also held systems and geospatial engineering roles at KEYW Corp. Rob Brady was promoted from senior capture manager to growth lead. He will own business development, capture strategy and pipeline execution across Expression's DoD, IC and federal civilian client base. Brady brings over 16 years of federal market experience across capture management, solution design, proposal leadership and channel strategy. He joined Expression in August 2024. Before Expression, Brady was IDIQ and multiple award contract vehicle manager at OST Inc and earlier, director of business integration at IntelliDyne. Tim Spadafore joins Expression as chief strategy officer. He brings over 29 years of federal market experience with expertise in enterprise IT modernization, mission support delivery, financial management and ERP transformation. He has led or participated in four mergers and acquisitions over the past 12 years and consistently delivered double-digit CAGR growth. Spadafore most recently was chief operating officer of CSA and before CSA, he was senior vice president of CGI Federal's Defense, Intelligence and Space business unit. He joined CGI through its 2020 acquisition of TeraThink, where he was president and chief operating officer. Before TeraThink, he was chief operating officer of Dominion Consulting through its merger with TeraThink. At Expression, Spadafore will partner with the executive team on corporate strategy, market positioning, inorganic growth and strategic partnerships. "Ben, Rob, and Tim represent the leadership bench we need to deliver on the next chapter of Expression's growth," said Abir Ray, CEO of Expression. "Ben has built the product muscle behind VOR, ARGUS, and MachineGhost into a true engineering organization. Rob has consistently translated capability into captured pipeline. And Tim brings a rare combination of operating discipline, federal market depth, and M&A experience that will help us scale with intention and move decisively as opportunities emerge."

IntelliDyne earns VETS Indexes Recognized Employer award for 2026.

IntelliDyne earns VETS Indexes Recognized Employer award for 2026. Tysons Corner, Va., April 27, 2026 / IntelliDyne, LLC, a leading provider of secure IT solutions supporting federal and commercial missions for more than 25 years, has been named a Recognized Employer in the 2026 VETS Indexes Employer Awards for its strong commitment to recruiting, hiring, retaining, developing, and supporting veterans and the military-connected community, VETS Indexes announced today. "Supporting veterans and the military-connected community is a natural extension of who we are as an organization," said Marisa Krafsig, Chief Human Resources Officer at IntelliDyne. "We recognize the leadership, adaptability, and mission-first mindset that veterans bring to the workforce, and we are committed to creating an environment where they, and their families, can thrive, grow, and continue to make meaningful contributions." VETS Indexes recognized participating organizations across the following award levels: 5 Star Employer, 4 Star Employer, 3 Star Employer, and Recognized Employer. Not every responding organization received an award - only those that demonstrated a strong commitment to veterans, members of the National Guard and Reserves, and military spouses. Awards were announced this morning at the Employing U.S. Vets Conference held at the New York Athletic Club. Participating organizations included companies large and small, government agencies and departments, nonprofit organizations, colleges, and universities, all working to strengthen employment opportunities and support systems for the military-connected community. "IntelliDyne has demonstrated meaningful and measurable support for veterans and the military-connected community through its commitment to building opportunities for those who served," said Nicholas Antaki, President of VETS Indexes. "As we launch our new awards platform and enhanced survey experience in 2026, we are making it easier than ever for organizations to showcase their veteran employment initiatives and benchmark their progress. Employers like IntelliDyne continue to set the standard and help drive the future of veteran employment forward." As the most objective and comprehensive evaluation of veteran employers, the VETS Indexes Employer Awards program has set a new standard in veteran employment data. VETS Indexes and its Employer Awards have been featured on CNBC, Fox Business and BNN Bloomberg, as well as military-specific outlets, including Military.com, Military Times and Stars & Stripes. This in-depth survey and recognition program analyzes employers' policies, practices, and outcomes in detail, across the following 5 categories: * Veteran job candidate recruiting and hiring * Veteran employee development and retention * Veteran-inclusive policies and culture * Support for members of the National Guard and Reserves * Military spouse/family support About VETS Indexes VETS Indexes is a leading voice on veteran employment issues, overseeing the VETS Indexes Employer Awards, hosting the Employing U.S. Vets Conference, unearthing unique and unprecedented data on veteran employment through the Veteran Employment Benchmarking Service, and developing custom indexes, linked to financial products, that track the performance of the publicly traded companies that have established themselves as the best employers for veterans. The VETSX and VTRNIX indexes were created on the premise that the companies that make the best use of the highly talented, yet under-valued, talent pool that veterans represent will ultimately see a benefit to their bottom lines. As the world's first resource for U.S.-veteran-themed indexes, its mission is to provide innovative solutions that recognize the value created by the mission-critical mindset, unique skills, and specialized training that veterans bring to the workplace. Its mission also includes a commitment to always donate a significant portion (target of 20% and no less than 5%) of its net profits to charitable organizations that support veterans and their families.
