Invisible AI

3D plant twin via AI cameras

Overview

Invisible AI creates AI-powered camera systems for manufacturing to improve real-time visibility and quality control. The core products are AI edge devices with cameras that perform motion and product tracking, deployed in factories and integrated with existing plant systems. The technology builds a 3D digital twin of the plant, allowing manufacturers to visualize the entire facility, monitor operations, and take immediate action to prevent defects and downtime. The company differentiates itself by offering an end-to-end edge-based solution that delivers full plant visibility and continuous monitoring rather than relying on separate, disconnected tools. Its target industries include automotive and aerospace, focusing on safety, quality, and production efficiency. The goal is to streamline operations, catch quality defects early, and improve overall plant performance by providing real-time insights across the production line.
