Isaac is a Brazilian fintech and EdTech platform that helps private K-12 schools secure stable revenue by guaranteeing monthly tuition receipts. For a fee, Isaac pays the school's receivables upfront and then handles billing and collections from families via options like credit card, boleto, and Pix. In addition to revenue management, Isaac provides Isaac na Escola, an all-in-one school operating system that combines administrative software with parent communication and student information management. Its goal is to reduce payment delays while offering a centralized platform that simplifies both finance and administration for private schools in Brazil.

Fintech isaac, acquired in late 2022, now represents 15-20% of Arco Educação's revenue. The fintech earned R$165 million in 2022 and projects R$446 million this year. Arco, which was delisted from Nasdaq in 2023, saw General Atlantic and Dragoneer invest $400 million for a 43% stake, while the Sá Cavalcante family retains 88% voting control. Isaac is expanding its credit offerings for private basic education schools.
The Series B round was led by General Atlantic and followed by SoftBank and Kaszek; with a little over a year, isaac had already sued over BRL 900 million in school tuition
