Its processes are run through a panel of over 500 neutrals (mostly retired judges and senior attorneys) and organized across 29 global resolution centers, with rules tailored to case size such as Comprehensive Arbitration Rules for disputes over $250,000 or Streamlined Rules for smaller matters.
