JASCI Software has launched Phoenix, an AI-native warehouse management system that uses intelligent agents rather than traditional screen-based interfaces. Unlike conventional WMS platforms that add chatbot features, Phoenix integrates AI as its core operating layer to analyse orders, inventory, labour, automation, and shipping, then coordinate operations accordingly. The system features AI Studio, where operators work with specialised agents across warehouse functions. It includes an AI sidebar on operational pages and remote control capabilities that allow the assistant to complete forms and drive workflows whilst flagging issues for human approval. JASCI claims its AI-native engineering approach enables product development approximately 50 times faster than traditional WMS cycles. The platform is built on over a decade of JASCI warehouse technology and processes more than 4 billion transactions annually.
JASCI Software has also been recognized as a Sample Vendor in Warehouse Execution Systems (WES).
