MCG's JTS Acquires SST, Expands Production

Mission Critical Group's JTS has acquired the assets of Superior Systems Technologies (SST), expanding its production capacity in Texas. This acquisition will enhance JTS' ability to meet the growing demand for data center infrastructure, improve nationwide service, and strengthen power solutions. SST is MCG's second acquisition this year and the fourth in two years. The terms of the transaction remain undisclosed.
