K4 runs a men’s leadership community and an online program called the K4 Rite of Passage that provides tools for personal and professional growth. The 12- to 13-week self-directed course includes weekly video modules, exercises, and challenges, plus access to a private community, and uses archetypes (King, Warrior, Magician, Lover) and The Hero’s Journey to guide learning. It differentiates itself by grounding its approach in masculine archetypes and real-world leadership experience from veterans, first responders, and teams at Apple and SpaceX, while blending ancient wisdom with modern psychology and prioritizing peer accountability. The goal is to help men transform insights into lasting progress and build a sense of legacy through disciplined development and community.
