Trinh Dinh (Tracy) has joined KMS Technology as Vice President of Global HR, bringing more than 17 years of senior HR leadership experience across multinational organisations. Her career spans roles with companies such as Unilever and Abbott, where she worked across complex, matrixed environments and supported teams through periods of organisational change. Over the years, Tracy has led large-scale transformation initiatives, helped strengthen leadership capabilities, and built expertise across labour compliance, organisational transformation, organisation design, and stakeholder management. Known for leading with empathy, authenticity, and grace, Tracy fosters a culture of continuous learning, meaningful connection, and people-centered growth. Tracy's experience combines strategic HR leadership, international exposure, and business acumen.
