Houston, Texas (July 23, 2026) - Kelsey-Seybold Clinic has broken ground on a new multispecialty clinic in Conroe, located at 11150 Interstate 45 S. The new, three-story facility is slated for completion in late summer 2027 and represents a significant expansion of access to coordinated, high-quality care for patients living and working in Conroe and nearby Montgomery County communities. The Conroe clinic will total approximately 51,543 square feet and is designed as a large, full-service primary care site with the ability to expand specialty services over time. As Kelsey-Seybold Clinic's northernmost large clinic, this location is planned to support long-term growth and meet increasing demand in the region. KATY, Texas (Covering Katy News) - Kelsey-Seybold Clinic has completed construction of its second medical building at its West Campus location in Katy, expanding healthcare services with 60 providers now practicing at the facility. The five-story, 125,000-square-foot building is located at 2530 W Grand Parkway N, adjacent to the original West Campus facility. The Building B expansion increases patient access to both primary and specialty care services in the rapidly growing area along the West Grand Parkway corridor.
