Kelsey-Seybold Clinic breaks ground on new Conroe campus, expanding access to high-quality care. Houston, Texas (July 23, 2026) - Kelsey-Seybold Clinic has broken ground on a new multispecialty clinic in Conroe, located at 11150 Interstate 45 S. The new, three-story facility is slated for completion in late summer 2027 and represents a significant expansion of access to coordinated, high-quality care for patients living and working in Conroe and nearby Montgomery County communities. The Conroe clinic will total approximately 51,543 square feet and is designed as a large, full-service primary care site with the ability to expand specialty services over time. As Kelsey-Seybold Clinic's northernmost large clinic, this location is planned to support long-term growth and meet increasing demand in the region. "Our focus remains on making care accessible, personal and well-coordinated for our patients," said Jack Pieniazek, M.D., managing physician, Conroe Clinic. "This new clinic allows us to grow alongside the community while making it easier for patients to access the care they need in one convenient location." Upon opening, Conroe Clinic will offer adult medicine and pediatric primary care services, with plans to expand into a wide range of rotating specialties, including OB/GYN, Orthopedics, endocrinology, gastroenterology, podiatry, physical medicine and rehabilitation, and neurology. "This new clinic reflects our commitment to provide convenient, connected care as the Conroe community continues to grow," said Somone Winn, clinic administrator, Conroe Clinic. "By expanding primary care offerings and building out space and a program to support future specialty services together under one roof, we are enhancing access and improving the overall patient experience for years to come." The clinic is expected to open with approximately seven providers and has the capacity to grow to more than 40 physicians as specialties and services are added. Patients will have access to on-site laboratory services, basic imaging and ultrasound at opening, with mammography planned for future phases, and diagnostics such as Dual-Energy X-ray Absorptiometry (DEXA), which uses low-dose X-rays to measure bone mineral density. The new clinic is designed to enhance the patient experience with modern clinical space, efficient patient flow, and the flexibility to expand services as community needs evolve, ensuring patients in Conroe, and surrounding areas have access to high-quality, coordinated care close to home.
