Keystone AI

Keystone AI

Enterprise AI for forecasting and optimization

Overview

Keystone.AI commercializes the DEEP Enterprise AI platform, which uses neural networks to predict outcomes and support decisions in large enterprises. It converts ERP data (orders, shipments, invoices) into fine-grained event streams with its RAIN encoding, and the DEEP platform uses these streams to forecast demand and optimize planning such as SKU-level production, inventory, fulfillment, and capacity. The Foundation Forecasting model has outperformed common baselines on real manufacturer data and DEEP is deployed inside clients’ AWS, Azure, or GCP environments, integrating with ERP and planning systems like SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, o9, and OMP. Its goal is to be the enterprise’s central science-based predictor and decision tool to reduce forecast errors, optimize operations, and improve free cash flow.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • July 2026 Proof Before Production targets manufacturers seeking verified working-capital releases in 12 weeks.
  • Keystone claims $47M–$240M working-capital gains and 25%–40% inventory-day reductions across deployments.
  • Audax closed majority investment January 2, 2026, financing the spinout.

What critics are saying

  • Keystone.AI launched January 2026, so enterprise ARR and retention remain unproven.
  • Proof Before Production is limited and application-based, signaling constrained pipeline capacity through 2026.
  • If manufacturers reject the data-engineering lift, DEEP becomes a services-led science project.

What makes Keystone AI unique

  • Keystone.AI’s DEEP runs inside AWS, Azure, and GCP alongside SAP, Oracle, and OMP.
  • RAIN encoding turns ERP orders, shipments, and invoices into AI-ready event streams.
  • Foundation Forecasting beat open-source baselines on real manufacturer data, per Keystone’s July 2026 claims.
