Khazna is a fintech in Egypt that serves the underbanked and middle-income through a single super app offering four main services: Khazna Card (a prepaid card), Khazna General Purpose (cash advances tied to income), Khazna for Business (merchant services), and Khazna Bazaar (bill payments and e-commerce). Users get a prepaid card to spend, pay bills, and access cash advances; merchants can use tools to accept payments and manage their business; the app combines these financial services with an online marketplace. It differentiates itself by focusing on Egypt’s large underbanked population, partnering with major local entities like Telecom Egypt, and providing an integrated platform that covers consumer finance, cash access, merchant services, and bill/e-commerce functions. The goal is to improve financial well-being by offering accessible and convenient financial solutions to people with limited traditional banking access.
