Technology & IP transactions partner Adam Petravicius joins King & Spalding in Chicago. CHICAGO, August 5, 2026 - King & Spalding announced today that Adam Petravicius has joined the firm as a partner in its Corporate practice group. He is based in the Chicago office. Petravicius advises clients on the intellectual property and commercial aspects of complex, technology-driven transactions. His practice spans strategic commercial agreements, licensing and collaboration arrangements, technology acquisitions and divestitures, strategic alliances, and joint ventures. He regularly works with corporate and private equity teams on intellectual property support for large-scale mergers and acquisitions and high-value transactions. He has significant experience across a range of industries, including software and information technology, life sciences and pharmaceuticals, consumer products, manufacturing, chemicals, automotive and clean technology. King & Spalding adds WilmerHale duo in London to continue arbitration build-out. Steven Finizio and Jonathan Lim become latest WilmerHale partners to join King & Spalding's disputes team 04 August 2026 King & Spalding has continued its arbitral expansion with a double partner hire from WilmerHale in London, following an earlier raid on the firm that brings the total moving across to eight partners. The incoming pair - Steven Finizio and Jonathan Lim - reunite with Gary Born, Franz Schwarz, Marleen Krueger, Rachael Kent and Danielle Morris, who joined King & Spalding in June, and Charlie Caher, who followed in July. The team is spread across London, New York and Washington DC. Finizio will be based in London, while Lim will also spend significant time in the firm's Singapore office while remaining based in London.
