Overview

Kisi provides cloud-based access control for physical spaces. It combines hardware (Kisi Readers and Controllers) installed at entry points with software that lets users manage access via a mobile app or web interface. Users can grant or revoke permissions, set rules, and integrate features like security cameras and Single Sign-On (SSO) providers, all through a subscription-based service paired with initial hardware installation. This approach enables secure, scalable control of doors, elevators, and other entry points across offices, co-working spaces, gyms, and educational institutions. Compared with traditional lock-and-key systems, Kisi offers remote, centralized management and cloud-backed access rules across multiple locations, making it easier to deploy and scale security for varied environments. The goal is to provide a seamless, robust way to manage who can enter buildings, improving security and operational flexibility for a wide range of organizations.
