Sahl and Klivvr team up to streamline digital installment payments in Egypt. Last updated: July 28, 2026 11:53 am Egyptian bill-payment platform Sahl has partnered with fintech company Klivvr to enable users to settle installment payments directly through the Sahl app. The integration expands convenient digital options for managing consumer financing in one of the region's most active fintech markets. Under the arrangement, Sahl users can now pay their Klivvr installments from within the app's dedicated Installments category. The move connects Sahl's extensive bill-payment network with Klivvr's growing suite of consumer finance products, including Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) offerings that allow financing of up to EGP 500,000 over repayment periods of up to 60 months. Sahl has built a strong position in Egypt by simplifying payments for utilities, telecom, education fees, and other essential services. The addition of Klivvr installment repayment gives its users a more complete toolkit for handling both recurring bills and financed purchases without switching between multiple apps. Klivvr, which serves more than 700,000 users and partners with over 1,000 merchants, has expanded rapidly into payments, expense management, family banking, rewards, and consumer financing. Enabling repayments through a widely used platform like Sahl increases accessibility and convenience for existing customers while potentially attracting new ones. Egypt's digital payments and consumer finance sectors continue to grow as more people seek flexible ways to manage expenses amid economic pressures. Partnerships that reduce friction between platforms are becoming increasingly important. By linking installment management with a mainstream bill-payment service, Sahl and Klivvr are addressing a practical pain point for consumers who already use digital tools for everyday transactions. The integration also reflects a broader trend of Egyptian fintechs building ecosystems rather than standalone products. Sahl's focus on utility and government-related payments complements Klivvr's strength in personal financing and merchant-linked credit, creating mutual value. For users, the benefit is straightforward: fewer apps, simpler repayment, and better visibility over ongoing financial commitments. For the companies, it strengthens stickiness and expands distribution reach. As Egypt's digital finance landscape matures, collaborations of this kind are likely to become more common. The Sahl-Klivvr partnership offers a clear example of how established payment platforms and specialised financing providers can work together to deliver more seamless experiences for consumers.
