Overview
Knowledge Road provides special education support services to K-12 schools and families, mainly within NYC's DOE, by supplying certified SETSS teachers and related service providers under a contractor staffing model. Its core service is SETSS, where teachers deliver individualized or small-group instruction to help students meet their IEP goals, in classrooms or separate locations. It also offers ABA therapy, academic intervention, counseling, and other therapies, supported by resources like paper-free billing, IT support, curriculum advisors, and teaching materials for its educator network. Its goal is to address the shortage of qualified NYC special education teachers and ensure compliant, DOE-aligned delivery of IEP-mandated services through long-term partnerships rather than one-off placements.
