Atlas Copco Group is acquiring LACO Technologies, a US-based manufacturer of vacuum solutions and leak testing systems. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approval. Founded in 1975 and based in Salt Lake City, Utah, LACO produces vacuum chambers and leak detection equipment for aerospace, research and development, and industrial applications. The company generated approximately $25 million in revenue during 2025 and employs 110 people who will join Atlas Copco. The purchase price was not disclosed.
