Overview

LS3P designs buildings, interiors and community plans for businesses, public agencies and institutions, with a focus on the southeastern United States. Master planning shapes larger sites and communities, while interior teams select layouts, materials and furnishings for the people using a space. Clients pay design fees, and the firm supports project delivery by coordinating consultants and reviewing construction activity. Founded in 1963, LS3P is headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina.
