The move enables Lennox dealers to offer complete home comfort solutions, bundling HVAC systems with water heating products. Lennox International, a climate control solutions company, reported fourth-quarter revenue of $1.20 billion, missing analyst estimates of $1.27 billion and marking an 11.2% year-on-year decline. The company's non-GAAP earnings per share of $4.45 also fell short of expectations by 5.7%. Operating margin decreased to 16.4% from 18.2% in the prior year period, whilst free cash flow margin improved to 31.5% from 20.2%. Adjusted EBITDA came in at $237.2 million, below the $249.3 million analyst consensus. For financial year 2026, Lennox issued adjusted EPS guidance of $24.25 at the midpoint, missing analyst estimates by 1.1%.
