Levisonics is building a platform called acoustic tweezing rheometry to analyze liquids non-contactly from a small sample (a drop of blood). The system measures how a sample coagulates, polymerizes, or flows (rheology) by applying acoustic forces to the drop and observing its deformation, enabling fast, safe, and comprehensive assessment of bleeding and thrombotic risks in neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients. It can also function as real-time quality control for food, liquids, and gels during manufacturing.
