The integration connects VibeCloud's condition monitoring platform directly with Limble, automatically generating work orders based on asset condition alerts. The partnership addresses a common gap in predictive maintenance programmes, where identifying issues is easier than acting on them. When VibeCloud's system detects potential failures through vibration, ultrasound or motor circuit analysis, it automatically creates work orders in Limble. Once issues are resolved and asset conditions normalise, work orders can close automatically. The integration aims to reduce manual data entry, speed up response times to equipment issues and help teams track asset performance over time for better reliability decisions.

Penkethman will oversee product and engineering teams, focusing on accelerating innovation and advancing platform capabilities. Penkethman brings extensive experience scaling global product and engineering organisations. He most recently served as CPTO at Simpro Group, leading global engineering and product portfolio evolution. He previously held similar roles at Qlik and Solera. In his new role, Penkethman will focus on enhancing customer experience and integrating emerging technologies like AI into the platform. The appointment comes as Limble continues expanding its maintenance and asset management software, which helps teams manage work orders, preventive maintenance, inventory and analytics.

The app prioritises speed and usability for completing work orders, locating assets, capturing notes and photos, with advanced configuration reserved for the web platform. Key features include calendar and task views, expanded offline functionality, and faster global search with QR code scanning for assets and parts. The City of Albuquerque reported technicians were confidently using the app after just one day of training. The app is now the default for all new customers, whilst existing customers can download it immediately using their current Limble accounts. More than 3,500 manufacturers and facilities management teams globally use Limble's platform.
