The deal supports Meta's push into AI-enabled consumer hardware, though financial terms were not disclosed. Limitless CEO Dan Siroker said the company shares Meta's vision of bringing "personal superintelligence to everyone" and will help develop next-generation AI-enabled wearables. The acquisition follows Meta's hiring of longtime Apple design executive Alan Dye earlier this week.
