Listrak has launched Listrak Studio, a plugin that converts Figma designs into ready-to-send emails in minutes. The tool eliminates the manual rebuild process between design and deployment, allowing marketing teams to transfer designs directly into Listrak's platform. The plugin creates responsive, cross-client-tested emails that work across Outlook, Gmail, and other major clients. It features automatic content and image syncs, plus design recommendations that flag potential issues like Gmail and iOS clipping before sending. Listrak co-founder and CEO Ross Kramer said teams could potentially save over 250 hours annually in email build time. The tool is aimed at teams running high-velocity campaigns without dedicated email developers. Listrak Studio is now available to all Listrak clients through the Figma Community.
Listrak has launched a free Email Marketing Audit tool for retailers, requiring no signup. The tool evaluates marketing emails against over 30 industry best practices across deliverability, accessibility, mobile optimisation, content, and conversion. The audit examines three key areas: content elements like preheaders and call-to-action buttons; compliance with CAN-SPAM and ADA accessibility standards; and composition factors including mobile-first design and image payload size. Results are delivered instantly with actionable recommendations for improvement. The launch addresses growing optimisation needs as Listrak's platform data shows email click-through rates fell 11% year over year in Q2 2026, even as email continues driving 30% of e-commerce revenue. Listrak CEO Ross Kramer said the tool draws on 25 years of experience across more than 1,000 retail brands.
Listrak announces integration with Recharge. Personalized subscription experiences deliver increased revenue for retailers. Leading cross-channel personalization platform Listrak announced a new integration with Recharge, the subscription platform built for the world's fastest-growing brands. The new Recharge integration enables marketers to create more personalized experiences around key subscription moments, improving retention, supporting repeat purchases, and delivering long-term customer value. Through the integration with Recharge, event flows pass directly through Listrak, powering journeys and message personalization. The integration enables marketers to trigger messaging around subscription activities such as starting, pausing, cancelling, or reactivating a subscription; upcoming subscription orders and successful charges; product swaps or delivery frequency changes; and bundle updates and one-time product additions. In addition, the integration supports gift purchases and gift redemption activity, helping brands extend their reach beyond existing subscribers and unlock incremental revenue opportunities through gift-driven customer acquisition. The triggered messaging provides e-commerce teams with more opportunities to stay connected throughout the subscription lifecycle. For example, marketers can: * Remind shoppers about an upcoming order before it processes; * Re-engage customers after a pause or cancellation; * Personalize product recommendations based on what they are already subscribed to; and * Create more connected gifting experiences. Because Recharge activity flows through the Listrak platform, marketers can use subscription engagement to power the same audience targeting and customer behavior already driving their email, SMS, and onsite experiences. Subscriber clicks and behavior help expand active marketing audiences while improving shopper identification for other high-value triggered campaigns like abandonment, replenishment, back-in-stock, and other lifecycle messaging across channels. "Subscription customers are often the highest-value shoppers in e-commerce," said Ross Kramer, co-founder & CEO, Listrak. "With Listrak and Recharge, retailers can create a more connected subscription experience that improves retention, increases subscriber engagement, and ultimately creates more incremental revenue opportunities across the customer lifecycle." "Recharge is built on founding principles that have guided us from day one, including hands-on partnership, relentless innovation, and proven performance, and these are values shared by the team at Listrak," said Oisin O'Connor, Recharge co-founder and CEO. "Joining forces with Listrak means marketers can supercharge personalization around every event in the subscription lifecycle, enhancing customer connections and unlocking increased revenues."
Listrak has expanded its Experience Builder platform to unify website personalisation, onsite acquisition, identity, and conversion rate optimisation. The cross-channel marketing platform now helps retailers address a key e-commerce challenge: 90% of website visitors remain anonymous and 96% leave without subscribing or purchasing. The enhanced platform uses first-party data and AI to personalise shopping experiences across every customer touchpoint. Features include gamified signup experiences, promotional banners, in-cart upsells, and inline content placement. A new Chrome extension, Listrak Workbench, reduces launch times from weeks to hours. Brands using Experience Builder report conversion rate increases of 15%, alongside improved subscriber growth and higher average order values. The platform builds on Listrak's 25 years of expertise serving retailers and brands.
Rapala USA has partnered with Listrak to unify its email and SMS marketing programmes in the United States. Since consolidating both channels with Listrak in 2024, Rapala has achieved a 22% growth in its master email list and a 144% year-over-year increase in SMS revenue. The partnership has enabled Rapala to create more personalised customer experiences whilst improving marketing efficiency. SMS sends now operate at 39% greater efficiency. The company has also realised cost savings through streamlined marketing processes. Kelly Johnson, eCommerce Specialist at Rapala, said the consolidation has improved data visibility and customer engagement insights. Rapala, founded in 1936, is a global leader in fishing tackle and outdoor sporting goods, manufacturing approximately 20 million lures annually.
