Dietary supplements that have caused 12 hospitalizations are being recalled from the market. Superfoods, Inc. announced the recall of its supplement "Live it Up Super Greens" due to possible Salmonella contamination, which has recorded 45 cases and led to 12 hospitalizations to date.
