Open 360 AI's chat is now powered by OrionIQ.

Open 360 AI's chat is now powered by OrionIQ. August 5, 2026 OrionIQ's agentic investigation is now built into Logz.io Open 360 AI. Ask a question and OrionIQ investigates across your telemetry, shows its work as it goes, links every finding back to the exact query behind it, and tells you how much to trust the answer. Today Logz is bringing OrionIQ Chat into Open 360 AI. This is the first OrionIQ product to ship inside the Logz.io platform, and it's the same agent that powers the standalone OrionIQ app, now available right where you already work. It replaces the previous Open 360 AI chat with something fundamentally different. The old chat answered questions. OrionIQ runs investigations. From answering questions to running investigations. Most real observability questions don't have a single-source answer. The context is spread across logs, metrics, deployments, and the other systems you run. A one-shot reply can summarize. It can't investigate. When you ask OrionIQ something involved, it plans an approach and delegates to specialized agents, one for logs, one for metrics, one for your connected integrations, then brings their findings together into a single, structured answer. And it never asks you to take that on faith. You can watch the whole investigation as it happens: * Step by step, in plain language. Each action appears as OrionIQ works, like "Exploring logs" or "Measuring metrics," grouped by the agent doing it, with a running timer. * Open to the raw detail. Expand any step to see the exact query it ran and what came back. * At your pace. Choose Fast for a quick, direct answer or Advanced for a deep investigation. You set the trade-off between speed and depth every time you ask. Answers you can trust, and verify. This is what makes OrionIQ different, and it matters most when the stakes are high. Every finding is tied to the telemetry OrionIQ actually examined. When an answer involves a trend, a distribution, or a ranked list, OrionIQ shows it inline as a chart, a log histogram, or a table built from your real data, instead of describing it in words. Each visual carries a one-click link to the exact query behind it, opened directly in Logz.io, so the evidence is always one click away. Just as important, OrionIQ knows the difference between a supported conclusion and a guess. It tracks the evidence each finding rests on, and when that evidence is thin or missing, it lowers its own confidence and says so. A root-cause claim the data doesn't support is downgraded to a probable cause, with the gap called out. OrionIQ would rather tell you it isn't sure than sound certain and be wrong. Grounded in your environment. OrionIQ investigates your systems, not a generic idea of one. * It picks up what you're already looking at. Your current view, filters, query, and time range come into the conversation without you restating them. Point it at a specific log line or exception and ask it to investigate in a single step. * It reaches into your connected systems. Beyond logs and metrics, OrionIQ can pull context from the tools you've connected, like Slack, Jira, Confluence, and GitHub, so an investigation reflects how your environment actually runs. Every system you connect makes the next answer richer and more grounded in your reality. Built for real incident work. * Durable and resumable. Investigations survive navigation and refresh, and long-running ones resume on their own. Start a second investigation while the first keeps working. * Persistent history, so past investigations are one click away. * One-click export to Markdown, so an answer moves straight into an incident doc, a Slack thread, or a post-mortem. * Stop anytime. If an investigation heads the wrong way, stop it in place and redirect, without breaking the conversation. Turn findings into action. When OrionIQ surfaces something worth acting on, you don't have to leave the conversation. Turn the source behind an answer into a new alert, or add it as a dashboard panel, in a click, prefilled from exactly what OrionIQ found. Enterprise-grade by default. OrionIQ can only ever access the accounts you're authorized for, and every external system it reaches is access-controlled. Each run is cost-governed, with token usage visible in the chat. The safeguards are built into how the agent runs, not layered on top. Available now. OrionIQ Chat is rolling out to Logz.io customers inside Open 360 AI, starting in the Explore experience and expanding across the platform. It's the same chat you'll find inside OrionIQ. Coming next: one-click deep-links for more providers including Datadog (OrionIQ can already investigate across Logz.io and Datadog data), richer inline visuals, and OrionIQ in more of the places your team already works.

Introducing OrionIQ: the end of manual observability.

Introducing OrionIQ: the end of manual observability. April 9, 2026 OrionIQ is Logz.io's new agentic observability platform designed to move teams from detecting issues to resolving them automatically. As AI accelerates software development, operations remain manual: engineers still wake up at 2 a.m. to investigate alerts and rebuild context. OrionIQ uses AI agents to analyze real-time telemetry, investigate incidents, identify root causes, and take action across systems. Built on Logz.io's observability expertise and telemetry processing technology, it reduces operational toil, improves MTTR, and enables proactive, automated operations. Today I am excited to announce that OrionIQ, its Agentic Observability Platform, is now available to all Logz.io customers. After six months in beta with dozens of customers, Logz learned an enormous amount. The feedback shaped everything. Now it is time to open it up. Software development has changed. Operations has not. Logz is in the middle of a massive shift in how software gets built. Claude Code, Codex, and similar tools are turning development into an increasingly automated process. You describe what you want. The code writes itself. But when something breaks at 2 a.m., a human still wakes up. Opening dashboards, digging through logs, and investigating code they might have briefly scanned during a PR review. The build process is becoming autonomous. The fix process is still entirely manual. That is a fundamental flaw, and it only gets worse as AI-generated code ships faster. What does OrionIQ do? OrionIQ is the investigation and monitoring agent built for this new reality. By combining real-time telemetry, in-stream compressed insights, Anthropic's most capable agents, and your organization's context and playbooks, OrionIQ can investigate incidents, identify root causes, and act on your behalf. Every person who uses an observability tool today can now put OrionIQ to work as an SRE, an NOC engineer, or a customer support engineer. You do not need to be an expert to get expert-level answers. What can you do with OrionIQ today? Out of the box, OrionIQ agents can wake up and handle an alert on their own. They can verify that a deployment is safe before your team even touches it. They can run the investigation while your engineers sleep. When the time and cost of a deep investigation drop by an order of magnitude, entirely new use cases become viable. Agents proactively check your critical flows. They catch early signs of degradation before customers notice. They know your runbooks and follow them precisely, every single time. This is not about replacing your team. It is about giving your team back the hours they spend on work that should not require a human. Built on what Logz know. Logz.io has been in the observability space for over a decade, and Logz has seen how enterprises operate at scale. OrionIQ is built on that foundation, including patented telemetry compression technology that enables fast, cost-efficient deep real-time analysis and it works with the tools you already have: Logz.io, Datadog, Grafana, New Relic, PagerDuty. No rip-and-replace. A working agent in one week. What's next for ai-driven observability? The beta taught Logz what enterprises actually need from an agentic system, and Logz is just getting started. The next phase goes deeper: richer organizational context, more powerful custom agents, and tighter integration into the workflows your teams already rely on. If you are a Logz.io customer, OrionIQ is available to you now. If you are not, I would love to show you what it can do.
