Overview

Loretto Management is a nonprofit continuing-care organization serving older adults in Central New York. Its network provides independent and assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, memory support, home and community services and specialized programs that help people move between levels of care. Clinical, residential and support teams work across multiple campuses and settings. Loretto's operating model is a connected senior-care system rather than a single nursing home, designed to support changing health, housing and daily-living needs over time.
