Family of robertson County power plant worker files wrongful death lawsuit against Luminant.
According to the Longview News Journal, in October of last year Luminant announced "plans to build a new solar farm on the site of the retired Oak Hill mine and on the west side of Martin Lake Power Plant.
Capristo succeeds Luminant’s Senior Vice President and Chief Nuclear Officer Ken Peters, who served as Vice Chair for three years.
Commercial Liability Partners (CLP) purchased the plant from Luminant in 2020.
