Lyte AI provides an integrated perception platform for robotics and Physical AI. Its main product, LyteVision, combines custom silicon, sensors, and software into a single plug‑and‑play stack with 4D sensing, RGB imaging, and motion awareness (IMU) to deliver unified spatial and visual data through one connection. The platform avoids multi‑vendor integration by offering end‑to‑end hardware and software in one package, reducing development time and integration risk. Its goal is to help a wide range of autonomous systems—from mobile robots to humanoids—see, understand, and operate safely in real‑world environments by acting as a robot’s visual brain.

Lyte collaborates with NVIDIA to generate digital twins at the moment of perception using Holoscan Bridge. Enabling Robots to Evolve Through Experience Perception-to-Twin architecture SAN JOSE, Calif.-(BUSINESS WIRE)-Lyte today announced it is collaborating with NVIDIA to push the boundaries of physical AI by using Holoscan Sensor Bridge to convert robot perception into digital twins that power simulation, training, and intelligent action in real time. Lyte and NVIDIA collaborate to enable real-time spatial intelligence for robotic systems by streaming high-bandwidth sensor data through Holoscan Sensor Bridge, delivering a low-latency path from sensors to AI. Share Autonomous systems do not fail because of model quality. They struggle because the physical world is difficult to capture: it is dynamic, unpredictable, and filled with rare, hard-to-reproduce events. Lyte addresses this challenge at the source. Introducing a new paradigm: a Perception-to-Twin architecture - generating assets immediately usable for validation, simulation, and model refinement. Sensing becomes structured perception, and perception becomes intelligence. Lyte creates a direct path from physical capture to simulation, training, and real-time inference. Every deployed system becomes a high-fidelity, model-ready data source. Every environment becomes structured input for continuous learning - creating flow of intelligence from photons to silicon to GPU to digital systems. This architecture runs natively on NVIDIA's robotics and AI platforms. Using NVIDIA Holoscan Sensor Bridge technology, perception streams directly into NVIDIA GPUs through a zero-copy pipeline. Accelerated by NVIDIA Jetson Thor and NVIDIA CUDA, and optimized with NITROS (NVIDIA Isaac Transport for ROS) for deterministic, low-latency processing, the system integrates with NVIDIA Omniverse and NVIDIA Isaac Sim to enable real-time world modeling and scalable autonomy. "Autonomy advances when deployment becomes part of the training loop," said Alexander Shpunt, Founder & CEO of Lyte. "With NVIDIA's accelerated computing platforms, and our core technology, we ensure that each perception event instantly becomes a digital twin - uniting sensing, simulation, and AI in one seamless flow. Founded in 2021, Lyte is set to close the gap between perception and machine understanding, unifying sensing, compute, and simulation into one continuous flow. More News From Lyte MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.-( BUSINESS WIRE )-Lyte, an end-to-end integrated perception company for robotics and Physical AI, today emerged from stealth with $107 million in aggregate funding. Its mission is to give robots the ability to see, understand, and operate safely in the physical world. Headquartered in Mountain View, California, Lyte was founded by Alexander Shpunt, Arman Hajati, and Yuval Gerson, the key architects behind Apple's depth-sensing and perception technologies. Lyte is live. I'm proud of what this team has built and grateful to the people who made it possible. Over the past four years in stealth, its biggest accomplishment hasn't been a single milestone; it's been assembling an exceptional team and doing the hard work required to build a real perception platform for Physical AI. In that time, Lyte AI Inc. has raised over $107M, developed its core product, earned design wins with leading Physical AI companies, and were recognized at CES 2026 with Best of Innovation in Robotics and as an Honoree in Vehicle Tech & Advanced Mobility. Those outcomes matter, but they're a byproduct of the work, not the goal. Lyte started in 2021, when its founding team - coming out of Apple - kept seeing the same pattern across robotics companies. Teams were spending years building perception stacks from scratch: sourcing sensors from multiple vendors, calibrating systems, debugging synchronization issues, and repeatedly solving problems Lyte AI Inc.'d already encountered in consumer electronics at scale. The sensing technologies themselves existed. What was missing was infrastructure. At the same time, several things were changing. Silicon photonics and coherent sensing matured to the point where they could move from labs into production at robotics economics. Investment in Physical AI reached a level where serious systems were being built. Compute was no longer the limiting factor. Applications were ready. That gap is why Lyte AI Inc. started Lyte: to build the perception infrastructure the industry didn't have. Robotics companies shouldn't need to become experts in sensor integration, calibration, and synchronization. They should be able to focus on building robots, not reinventing vision systems. Its team has been through this before: shipping perception technology at billion-unit scale, navigating manufacturing complexity, and making advanced sensing work reliably in real-world conditions. Lyte AI Inc. is applying those lessons to Physical AI. Lyte delivers complete perception platforms with plug-and-play integration - systems that operate reliably in fog, darkness, and bright sunlight, and that work alongside other sensors without interference. When perception becomes infrastructure - when it simply works - the constraints change. Automation scales. Systems deploy faster. New classes of robots become viable. Progress stops being gated by how well machines can see. Physical AI has reached an inflection point. Perception no longer needs to be the limiting factor. If you're building robotics systems that need robust perception infrastructure, Lyte AI Inc. should talk. If you want to help build this future with Lyte AI Inc., Lyte AI Inc. is hiring. - Alex Shpunt CEO & Co-Founder, Lyte
