M42, the Abu Dhabi health group, and San Diego-based Inocras have announced a collaboration to detect cancer recurrence earlier in the UAE. They will deploy Inocras' MRDVision platform, which uses whole-genome analysis and personalised blood tests to find traces of tumour DNA that may remain after treatment. A pilot will start at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, part of M42, with patients who have higher-risk breast cancers, including triple-negative and HER2-positive disease. It aims to show how the test performs in the UAE and what economic value it offers. Breast cancer is the most diagnosed cancer among women in the UAE, with more than 1,400 new cases in 2023. Depending on the results, M42 and Inocras will explore running the tests in M42's UAE laboratories.

M42 launches Ossi, an AI platform transforming clinician-patient connections. M42 announced the launch of Ossi, its next-generation multi-agent AI Clinical Platform, during the Abu Dhabi Future Health Summit. Built on Microsoft Azure's secure cloud & AI infrastructure, Ossi is designed to create a seamless balance between clinical precision and human connection by reducing administrative burden, deepening client-patient connections, and enhancing use of data and evidence-based guidelines at point of care data-driven through secure, ambient intelligence.
