MANN+HUMMEL announced the appointment of Helena Hofer as interim chief financial officer, in addition to her role as chief human resources officer, effective Feb. 3, 2026. Hofer succeeds Jurate Keblyte, who is leaving the company at her own request to pursue her career outside the company. Management Board Committee and strategic vision.
