Overview
MLM Home Improvement replaces roofing, siding and gutters for homeowners whose exterior materials are worn or damaged by storms. Its roofing work spans asphalt shingles, slate and cedar, while its siding services include vinyl, insulated vinyl and fiber cement products. Customers work with the contractor to choose materials and arrange installations, with gutters and protective guards completing the exterior work. The company earns money from home improvement projects that combine the replacement products with installation rather than selling materials alone. Founded in 2007, MLM is headquartered in Rockville, Maryland, with local offices serving residential neighborhoods.
