Manhattan Associates reported second-quarter revenue of $297.79 million and raised its full-year 2026 guidance to $1.16–1.17 billion in total revenue, with GAAP EPS of $3.59–3.65. The company's share price has risen 36.8% following the announcement. Management cited record bookings, strong cloud revenue growth, and the launch of Sightline, an explainable AI capability within ActivePlanning, as key drivers. The guidance increase reflects confidence in the company's transition from traditional licences to cloud subscriptions. GAAP operating margin is projected at 24.2–24.4%. The company's cloud adoption and AI features are expected to deepen customer relationships in supply chain management. Near-term catalysts include cloud bookings, remaining performance obligations growth, and AI uptake, though execution risks and potential enterprise spending slowdowns remain concerns.
Manhattan Associates reported strong second-quarter results for 2026, with total revenue reaching $298 million, up 9% year-over-year. Cloud revenue grew 26% to $127 million, whilst service revenue increased 3% to $133 million. The company's remaining performance obligations rose 23% to $2.47 billion. Adjusted operating profit reached $104 million with a 34.9% margin. Adjusted earnings per share increased 6% to $1.39, though GAAP EPS fell 9% to $0.85 due to restructuring expenses. Operating cash flow jumped 22% to $91 million. The company repurchased $125 million in shares during the quarter and $275 million year-to-date. Manhattan Associates raised its full-year cloud revenue guidance to $505.5 million, representing 24% growth. Full-year adjusted EPS guidance increased to $5.44–$5.50. The company maintains $186 million in cash with zero debt.
Manhattan Associates has unveiled Sightline, a new capability within its ActivePlanning software that explains AI-driven supply chain decisions in plain business language. The tool reveals the reasoning behind forecasts, recommendations and inventory decisions, from individual order lines to entire networks. Sightline provides real-time, in-application analysis of factors including forecast inputs, safety stock decisions, vendor minimums, lead times and promotional effects. This eliminates the need for planners to use external tools like Microsoft Excel to understand planning logic, turning hours of investigation into seconds. The capability introduces configurable views tailored to how planners work, whether by role, promotion or activity. Manhattan Associates says Sightline addresses the "black box" problem of advanced AI forecasting, giving practitioners immediate visibility into why the system makes specific decisions.
Manhattan Associates has launched Solution Design Studio, an AI-powered workspace that enables business users to configure complex supply chain systems using natural language. The tool is part of the company's ActivePlatform and represents the next phase of its Agentic AI strategy. Solution Design Studio allows users to create "blueprints" — business-language descriptions of warehouse or transportation operations — which the platform then translates into live configurations. The system is designed for business users like warehouse operations leaders rather than developers, with the blueprint serving as the system of record. During testing, the studio successfully configured the majority of ActiveWarehouse using externally created designs, reducing tasks that previously took months to minutes. The solution is currently being used by Manhattan's services teams, with broader customer rollout planned for coming quarters.
Manhattan Associates has launched Manhattan Marketplace, an ecosystem where customers and partners can discover and deploy intelligent agents and extensions for the company's Active supply chain solutions. All applications run natively on ActivePlatform, ensuring seamless interoperability without complex integration projects. Using the company's Agent Foundry tool, partners can build intelligent solutions that connect directly into Manhattan's ecosystem, targeting specific industries, workflows and regions. The platform maintains the same operational guardrails as Manhattan's core software. Partners are currently developing for the Marketplace, with customer access planned for upcoming quarters. Manhattan Associates, a Nasdaq-listed company, provides AI-powered supply chain and omnichannel commerce solutions globally. The Marketplace extends the company's commitment to platform openness into the AI era.
