Marigold wins two 2026 MarTech Breakthrough Awards for Emma and Campaign Monitor. August 07, 2026 9th Annual Program Honors the Marketing, Sales, and AdTech Innovators Reshaping How Brands Engage, Convert, and Grow NASHVILLE, Tenn., Aug. 06, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - Marigold, a global marketing intelligence company, today announced that Emma and Campaign Monitor have been recognized in the 2026 MarTech Breakthrough Awards. Emma was named "B2B Email Marketing Solution of the Year," and Campaign Monitor received the "Email Marketing Innovation Award." Emma was recognized for helping distributed B2B organizations balance brand governance with marketing agility through enterprise workflows, embedded AI, and security features that support the compliance needs of complex organizations. Campaign Monitor was recognized for Marketing Monitor, which helps marketers turn email performance data into prioritized, AI-powered recommendations that improve campaign results. "Emma and Campaign Monitor serve different parts of the email marketing market, but both teams have spent the last year building toward the same goal: taking the guesswork out of email performance for the marketers who run programs day-to-day," said Lisa Mayr, CEO of Marigold. "Seeing both platforms recognized by MarTech Breakthrough in the same year is a credit to the product, AI, and engineering teams behind them." "Email marketing is a hard category to innovate in because the basic playbook has been settled for years, and what we look for in this year's program is products that are genuinely advancing the day-to-day work of running an email program," said Steve Johansson, Managing Director at MarTech Breakthrough. "Emma and Campaign Monitor are doing that in different ways, with Emma focused on the governance and approval realities of distributed B2B organizations and Campaign Monitor turning email performance benchmarks into a prioritized action plan for the marketer. We are proud to recognize both platforms." About Marigold Marigold is a fast-growing marketing intelligence company helping growing businesses build stronger customer relationships through its three core platforms: Emma, Campaign Monitor, and Vuture. 6sense appoints Micki Howl as Chief Revenue Officer and promotes Krystal Ziegler to General Counsel. Two strategic leadership appointments usher in the next chapter of 6sense as the GTM Intelligence Platform for the agentic era SAN FRANCISCO-(BUSINESS WIRE)-6sense(R), the GTM Intelligence Platform for the agentic era, today announced the appointment of Micki Howl as Chief Revenue Officer and the promotion of Krystal Ziegler to General Counsel. Together, these appointments reflect the company's continued investment in world-class leadership across every dimension of the business as 6sense accelerates its position as the definitive GTM Intelligence Platform for B2B revenue teams. Howl brings significant experience building and scaling organizations in fast-moving technology environments, with deep expertise in how marketing and revenue functions intersect - a perspective that positions her uniquely to lead GTM as an integrated, intelligence-driven discipline. In this role, Howl will lead Global Customer Operations - a unified GTM organization accountable for the full arc of every customer relationship, spanning Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, and Revenue Strategy. The consolidation of these functions under single leadership ensures that every customer - from onboarding through expansion - experiences the same connected, intelligence-driven partnership that 6sense is built to deliver. Howl joins 6sense from Marigold, where she oversaw a $400M+ recurring software business serving more than 40,000 customers worldwide, including household names in the food and beverage, airline, and financial sectors. There, she built a unified organization focused on delivering consistent, high-quality customer outcomes at scale - work that directly preceded the successful acquisition of the Marigold Enterprise business by Zeta Global. A builder of systems and people, her approach is consistent regardless of the challenge: get close to the customer, create the conditions for their success, and build the teams empowered to deliver it. Ziegler's promotion to General Counsel reflects the depth of leadership that has taken root at 6sense. Having joined in 2019 as one of the company's first legal hires, she has grown alongside the business into a trusted advisor across every function with responsibility spanning enterprise, privacy, product, corporate, employment, and beyond. Ziegler will now lead the team she helped build. It is the kind of internal progression that signals organizational maturity and a culture where talent is developed, not just acquired. "Micki is exactly the revenue leader this moment calls for with her industry depth, operational discipline, and genuine customer-first instinct," said Chris Ball, CEO at 6sense. "And in Krystal, we have a legal leader who knows this business as well as anyone - and is now positioned to help protect and accelerate everything we're building for our customers and the market. These are the moves of a company that sees where the market is going and is building the team to win it." Over the past year, 6sense has made significant, intentional investments in leadership across the organization - in marketing and in product, in information security and in people, and now in sales and legal. As 6sense enters its next chapter as the GTM Intelligence Platform for the agentic era, these appointments signal the company's commitment to surrounding every dimension of the business with leaders who are as invested in the mission as they are prepared to execute it. About 6sense 6sense is the GTM Intelligence Platform that turns every signal - yours and ours - into intelligence every team, tool, and AI agent can act on and trust. Built for the agentic GTM era, 6sense captures buying activity across every channel through the Signalverse(TM)- the industry's most complete B2B signal network - and resolves it into clear, defensible intelligence using more than a decade of predictive models. That intelligence activates across 6sense channels and every tool in your stack so the entire GTM team operates from the same truth.
