Overview
Match Charter Public School is a tuition-free public charter school in Boston serving students from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade, and it operates as its own Local Education Agency within the Match Education network. It uses high-dosage tutoring with two hours of daily small-group instruction and combines digital content with tutor-led teaching through the Match Next model; it also runs the Match Corps AmeriCorps tutoring program. The school focuses on multilingual learners and first-generation college students, and it partners with other districts for broader impact through teacher training and curriculum work. Its goal is to help students gain college access, career readiness, and social-emotional development by delivering intensive tutoring and personalized learning funded by state and federal public funding via a lottery-based enrollment system.
