Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has appointed partner John Boelter to the corporate, M&A and securities practice group in the firm's Chicago office. Boelter joins Norton Rose from law firm Mayer Brown. Advising private and public companies across the pharmaceutical, life sciences, industrial, food and beverage, sports, technology, media and entertainment and financial services, Boelter is well versed in a full range of domestic and cross-border initiatives. He has extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions, financings, joint ventures and divestitures.
