Medical Guardian has launched Guardian Flex, a health and safety wearable for older adults. The device is 30% smaller than the company's previous wearable and features nationwide 4G LTE connectivity, GPS location tracking, and 24/7 emergency monitoring. The Philadelphia-based company developed Guardian Flex based on research involving more than 10,000 members, caregivers, and prospective buyers. The study found that nearly three-quarters of respondents live alone, whilst over half reported experiencing a fall within the previous year. Guardian Flex offers interchangeable wrist, pendant, and belt clip accessories, advanced fall detection technology, and up to five days of battery life. The device includes a mobile app providing battery status and daily activity information. Medical Guardian serves more than 630,000 members nationwide.

MobileHelp has launched its Elite model, a mobile personal emergency response system designed for seniors, priced from $37.95 per month. The device marks the first product release since Medical Guardian acquired MobileHelp in 2024. The Elite features one-touch emergency calling, advanced fall detection using machine learning, two-way HD communication, and GPS and Wi-Fi location tracking. Weighing 1.5 ounces, the waterproof device is available in white, silver and black, with extended battery life for all-day wear. The launch accompanies a broader brand refresh, including a redesigned website and updated brand identity.
