Overview

Metro Public Adjustment provides public adjusting services to property owners, helping them handle and settle property loss claims with insurance companies. Its product is the service of guiding and advocating for homeowners through the claim process, including assessing damage, preparing documentation, communicating with insurers, and negotiating settlements. The company differentiates itself by positioning itself as an experienced advocate—having operated since 1994—and presenting a captain-and-crew approach to navigating insurance claims on behalf of the property owner. Its goal is to secure fair and maximized claim settlements for clients by representing their rights against insurers.
