Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Forra already runs daily inside Premier Tech and sold to Quebec organizations in 2026.
  • Statistics Canada said only 12.2% of Canadian businesses used AI in Q2 2025, leaving room.
  • Télé-Québec and other 2026 wins signal demand for complex digital modernization projects.

What critics are saying

  • Forra competes against Microsoft, OpenAI, and Anthropic, crushing pricing and distribution leverage.
  • Mirego still depends on project work; one lost anchor client cuts revenue fast.
  • If Forra adoption stalls by 2027, Mirego remains a services shop, not a platform company.

What makes Mirego unique

  • Mirego launched Forra on June 5, 2026, turning internal AI tooling into product.
  • Premier Tech majority ownership gives Mirego captive distribution and enterprise credibility.
  • Télé-Québec’s April 2, 2026 platform rebuild showcases deep product, design, and engineering execution.

Mirego launches Forra(TM), a new enterprise AI platform.

Mirego launches Forra(TM), a new enterprise AI platform. June 8, 2026 Premier Tech is pleased to announce that Mirego, a Business Unit of Premier Tech Digital, launches Forra(TM), a new enterprise AI platform designed to facilitate and accelerate AI adoption at scale by organizations and their teams. Born from an internal initiative developed to facilitate AI adoption at Premier Tech, Forra(TM) is today a robust platform, deployed and used daily across the organization. It was built to address the real needs of organizations of all scales. "We were already engaged in a digital transformation aimed at bringing our industrial expertise closer to technology. Forra(TM) was born from that ambition, and after measuring its value for our own operations, we saw the opportunity to deploy it beyond Premier Tech and thus better support our existing and future clients", says Jean Bélanger, president and chief executive officer of Premier Tech. "After measuring its value for our own operations, we saw the opportunity to deploy Forra(TM) beyond Premier Tech and thus better support our existing and future clients." - Jean Bélanger, president and chief executive officer of Premier Tech Forra(TM) makes it easy to use all major AI models such as Claude and GPT in a secure environment, while giving organizations full control over their costs. The platform enables businesses and their teams to build and deploy assistants, agents, AI applications, and intelligent workflows. These tools connect easily to organizations' existing systems - ERP, CRM, MES, APS, and other internal data sources - to support operations, decisions, and workflows. "The real value of AI emerges when it is connected to the systems, data, and people doing the work. Forra(TM) makes it possible to bring AI into everyday work, while delivering a simple, useful experience designed to be loved and embraced by teams", says Sébastien Morin, co-president at Mirego. "Forra(TM) makes it possible to bring AI into everyday work, while delivering a simple, useful experience designed to be loved and embraced by teams." - Sébastien Morin, co-president at Mirego Forra(TM) supports users so they can fully benefit from AI, enabling them to truly increase their productivity. The platform enforces the access and control policies required in an enterprise context, ensuring the right tools are available to the right people within a governed, secure framework. Addressing a very real adoption challenge. Interest in AI is massive, but enterprise adoption remains difficult. According to Statistics Canada, only 12.2% of Canadian businesses reported using AI to produce goods or deliver services in the second quarter of 2025. In Québec, that figure stood at 12.7%, according to the Institut de la statistique du Québec. This finding reflects what its teams observe on the ground. "Organizations don't lack interest in AI. They need a foundation that allows them to move from experimentation to real impact, quickly and with confidence", explains Sébastien Morin. "That is what we offer with Forra(TM)." "Organizations need a foundation that allows them to move from experimentation to real impact, quickly and with confidence." - Sébastien Morin, co-president at Mirego Several Québec organizations have already adopted the Forra(TM) platform to leverage AI, including Eddyfi Technologies, Panthera Dental, Fruit d'Or, and the Association des Directeurs Municipaux du Québec. More than a platform - a team. As many organizations look to move from experimentation to concrete AI use, Forra(TM) takes a user-friendly approach that combines technology and hands-on support. The platform is backed by a dedicated team that helps organizations prioritize the right use cases, connect AI to their systems, and develop the required tools tailored to their operations. This approach is designed to close the gap between AI's potential and its real impact in teams' day-to-day work.
