MotorK, a software provider to the automotive retail industry in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, said more than 700 customers now use its AI agents, which launched in the third quarter. It reported results for the nine months ended September 30, 2026. Adjusted EBITDA rose 28.6% to €3.6 million, with the margin up to 13.5% from 9.3%. Cash EBITDA improved by about 77% to negative €0.5 million. The cost base fell 17% to €22.8 million, and headcount dropped to about 274 from 326. Revenue fell 13.4% to €26.4 million, reflecting the exit of non-core activities. Committed annual recurring revenue (CARR) fell 10% to €32.4 million. Because free trials push usage ahead of contracted revenue, MotorK will no longer give CARR guidance for FY26. It still expects Cash EBITDA break-even this year.
MotorK, a leading SaaS provider to the automotive retail industry in the EMEA region, has appointed Roy Toren as Non-Executive Director, effective immediately. Toren will also chair the Audit Committee and serve on the Selection and Nomination Committee. Toren is Chief Investment Officer of Anfield Ltd, a private investment company focused on technology partnerships. He previously held positions at Amazon, Viola Credit and Ernst & Young, and holds an MBA from INSEAD. The announcement coincides with the resignation of Non-Executive Director Helen Protopapas, whom the Board thanked for her contributions. Executive Chairman Amir Rosentuler said Toren's appointment demonstrates confidence in MotorK's strategy, whilst Toren praised the company as "the reference SaaS platform for automotive retail in EMEA".
MotorK, a software-as-a-service provider for the automotive retail industry, has raised €2.5 million through a private placement, demonstrating investor confidence despite ongoing losses. The company, with a market cap of €130.07 million, operates across Italy, Spain, France, Germany and the Benelux Union. Whilst MotorK reduced its debt-to-equity ratio over five years, it remains elevated at 65.7%. The company reported a net loss of €11.65 million for 2025, with short-term assets of €15.4 million falling short of covering its €24.4 million in liabilities. However, earnings are forecast to grow strongly at 111.94% annually, and earnings have increased marginally by 0.5% per year over the past five years.
MotorK, a SaaS provider for the automotive retail industry in the EMEA region, has raised €2.5 million through a reserved capital increase from Underdogs Group S.r.l. The investment was structured at €2.75 per share, resulting in 909,091 new ordinary shares with a 12-month lock-up period. The company operates across eight countries including Italy, Spain, France and Germany with approximately 300 employees. MotorK provides integrated digital products and services to car manufacturers and dealers, supported by what it describes as the largest R&D department in the European automotive digital sales and marketing sector. The funding will support MotorK's strategic initiatives and product development as it aims to strengthen its market leadership position in automotive technology.
MotorK, a SaaS provider for the automotive retail industry in EMEA, has reported preliminary FY25 results showing structural profitability improvements. The company achieved Cash EBITDA of negative €2.1 million for FY25, a significant improvement from negative €8.8 million in FY24, with positive quarterly Cash EBITDA throughout the second half of 2025. Committed Annual Recurring Revenue (CARR) remained stable at €36.7 million, whilst revenue reached €40.9 million, slightly up from €40.3 million in FY24. The company attributes this performance to its profit-first strategy and the success of its SparK platform. MotorK enters 2026 with a €13 million pipeline and plans to focus on geographic expansion and AI-driven growth. Full FY25 results will be published on 5 March 2026.
